Kitobams ("we", "us", "our") is a creative studio based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. This policy explains what information we collect when you use kitobams.netlify.app, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
When you submit our contact or project inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, and message, along with any optional details you choose to include — phone number, company name, budget range, or the type of service you're asking about. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and, if a project moves forward, to deliver our services.
We set a single anonymous device identifier (a cookie) the first time you visit. It lets us remember things like whether you've already liked a project, and gives us a rough, non-personal sense of how many people view our work — nothing more. We don't use third-party advertising trackers, and we don't sell or share this data with anyone.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Our site relies on a small number of external services to function: image and video hosting for our portfolio, email delivery for contact form notifications, and a WhatsApp link for direct messaging if you choose to use it. Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy terms once you interact with them directly.
Contact form submissions and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a project follows, for the duration of our working relationship plus a reasonable period for our own records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see the contact section below.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing kitobams.digital@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Our services are intended for business owners and organisations, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and adjust the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
