Terms of Service.

This Site showcases Kitobams' work — branding, web design, print, and studio training — and lets you get in touch with us about a project. It isn't an online store, and nothing on it is an offer you can accept simply by using the Site; a project only begins once we've agreed on scope and price directly with you.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage or overburden it
• Attempt to access areas of the Site you're not authorised to (including the admin dashboard)
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious content through our forms
• Copy, scrape, or republish our portfolio content without permission

Unless stated otherwise, everything on this Site — logos, project photography, copywriting, layout, and code — belongs to Kitobams or is used with the client's permission for portfolio purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our written consent.

Work delivered to a client under a separate project agreement is governed by the terms of that agreement, not by this page.

Browsing this Site and submitting an inquiry does not create a contract between you and Kitobams. Scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables for any actual project are agreed separately in writing before work begins, and those terms take precedence over this page for that engagement.

We keep this Site up to date as best we can, but it's provided "as is" without guarantees that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly current at every moment. Portfolio results shown reflect outcomes for specific past clients and aren't a promise of similar results for every project.

To the extent permitted by law, Kitobams is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this Site. This doesn't limit any liability we can't legally exclude.

Links to WhatsApp, social media, and other external sites are provided for convenience. We aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we don't operate.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute relating to them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Rivers State, Nigeria.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted here, with the date at the top updated accordingly.
